My memory of what happened is that a mod determined that it had turned into a "hot chicks, huh huh" thread, so it was deleted in accordance with the Off Topic Forum Rules.

The most common question we get about this is where the line is drawn. I didn't delete the thread and don't remember who did, but generally the line is considered to be crossed when the pics become more about "T&A hot/sexy" pics rather than "I think this person is really appealing... here's a picture of her face looking appealing".

Melanie's real name is Melanie Kannokada. She was born in Park Ridge, IL. She is one smart lady too. She earned a Mechnical Engineering degree from Stanford University. She is a 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate and a two-time bronze medalist in the Pan American games, where she represented the United States in sparring as part of the United States Junior National Karate Team in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2000, Caracas, Venezuela in 2001, and Orlando, Florida in 2002.

In addition, Melanie is also a co-founder of Hospital for Hope a non-profit providing healthcare services in rural India.

Me too, fwiw. My brother worked very closely with her on some developmental studio work in Phoenix a long while back. He assures me, best viewed from a distance. She might well have defined "hot mess" before LiLo came along.
