Breaking Benjamins Blow Me Away for Halo is epic.

Two MMO's : Everquest Theme song. My first true gaming addiction, this was a welcome song. The music of Lotro especially in the Shire is perfect for the area and just great to listen to in general.

Old School games, Oh No! Lemmings had a great sound track imo.

Oldest school (midi) M.U.L.E. was pretty fantastic for it's time.

Man, I'm disappointed a bit in y'all. All of the mention of Megaman, Final Fantasy, and Castlevania and you all are missing out on the truly classic and epic jams from those series.

I'm sure it has alot to do with the context, but when you'd play a BF3 and and you got down to the closing points you'd hear it sort of start in the background, so from 0 to 1:04 so that when it would end, it would just sort of fall to the bassy part and the modernized version of the Battlefield theme would play.

It was a perfect set up, and a perfect homage to the prior 5 versions. Gets me every time.


A Commodore 64 version of Devo's "Some Things Never Change." Possibly better than the real version.

The C64 version also had a couple of bars that were sampled in and then output through the primitive sound hardware. No other version did this, which is odd because the Commie was the lowest form of computer it was released for.

Symphony of the night is such a great game. I use to play that game at one point. I've always like this tune.
