I gotta say, when I finally got to the end of FFX and this song came on out of nowhere and with all the build up leading up to that point, I got pretty pumped up.

Pretty heavy tune for something out of a video game. it kinda sounds like a cross between white zombie and coal chamber. \m/

Yeah powerglove is an awesome band. I do like their cover of the tetris theme song(korobeiniki)



Also I discovered a totally awesome electronic group a few weeks ago who happens to be named power glove.



Both great bands, I dig their stuff.

I thought those were the same bands. I figured they were just hired to make an 80's soundtrack for the video game blood dragon

No they're completely different. the metal band power glove is well known for performing metal versions of video game music. the electronic group power glove makes some great sounding electronic music. they sound like they came from the 80s, but they're actually from 2010 just like lazerhawk, kavinsky, lifelike, and miami nights 1984.

I've recently been playing el viento on the sega genesis emulator and I totally dig this tune.

that El Viento is awesome. I would do a cover of that in a heart beat. Sounds like the perfect song for a dual bass band. One holds down the low end and the other solos the keyboard parts.

This one sounds a little like COME OUT AND PLAY by the Offspring

One of the cool things about the original DOOMs is that the music is all inspired by real metal songs. The guy responsible for the music wanted to put in Judas Priest, Metallica, Slayer, etc but found out how expensive it would be. He then just remade his favorite songs into a digital format and changed key notes. They teach this in one of Texas Tech's music classes.

00:07 is "At DOOM's gate" and is a digital rip of Metallica's Master of Puppets for example.
