So you bought the Roscoe after all, I thought you said you have to sell the Rob Allen first (I was silently watching your struggle to whether or not to buy it).

By the way, I love your Rob Allen, and would be willing to buy it if i didn't buy my AV custom already last summer (one bass/year has to be enough). Maybe next summer i'll get a Rob Allen

Man, I have really been slacking with regard to putting up photos of this little beauty. I had some fun playing my fretless Exotic Custom 5 last night, and I just so happened to have my camera on me.

The lighting was less than ideal, and the color balance varies a bit from photo to photo, but on the whole, I'd say these pics are fairly representative of the color/finish.

This is probably the worst shot, exposure-wise (flash), but it's the only decent one of the entire bass:

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. As good as all of Pete's basses are, I am convinced that he saves just that little extra mojo for his fretless basses.
