Going to get my first tattoo in a couple days for my 17th birthday present (Today is my birthday, wooooo happy birthday me, lol). I've decided on two large Bass Clefs in black on the inside of my forearm, up towards my elbow. I'm pretty sure il be able to handle it, and im defiently gonna show you guys pics when its all healed up! I can't wait!!! :D

On the inside of your bicep ? thats where I got my first tattoo , hold on !

Hey, it's this thread again...here's a question for some of you more experienced guys.

I've got one tat already on my right inside forearm, and I've decided I want to get a half sleeve for my left arm. Thing is, I'm fairly hairy. What has been y'alls experience with hair and tattooing? Is the ink still really visible, or does the hair tend to hide some of it and take away from the finished product?

{I'd show my ink, but it's along the lines of a "music-related" lifestyle that a majority of people here don't seem to appreciate much.)

I am a fairly hairy person myself and there is no way I would ever keep shaving over areas for a bare tattoo. I dont have any lower arm tattoos but I do have center chest that is full of color and honestly the hair really does not take away from it.

Hi there lads. I have been thinking for a while about a tattoo, and I decided ill put a bassclef near my albow and a sanskrit text from that clef running along my forearm. And now I need help designing it :D

The translater of the sanskrit text gave me only a word written text that is very dull and booring (Word the writing program you use in windows :D)

Here is the text:

And I guess you all know what a bassclef looks like :D

I was imaginating the text kinda fading out from the clef, but with all letters still clearly visible.

Here is a text written in the same sanskrit writing:

I've got a bunch of designs that I've been mulling over for a while now and this thread is pushing some major buttons.

Speaking of majors.. that's some great work, MM. I look forward to seeing the results of the sleeving.

I have a couple tattoo's. Here's the only pic I could find for now...I'll post better pics later.
