Just got out of my last session to sleeve me up ! I am still dripping blood all over the place but I promise pics this week

My Godson's going on 21 on Christmas Day this year. I was asking him recently if there was anything he wanted for his birthday - without a hesitation he said he wanted some ink done (he has a celtic cross already)..... so, he's working on a design at the moment - and I'm due a new one myself, so, whenever he's ready, we're booking in together and he's getting his birthday/Christmas present all in one go!!

Strangely, my 16 year old son has clearly stated he'd never get a tattoo, even when he's old enough to get one (I'm sort of half relieved, despite having quite a bit of ink myself!!). He's just "not into" them, which is fair enough, although he's been more than helpful and honest when I was trying to get a design for my next tatt together!!

Hopefully I'll be bleeding over the next fortnight or so!

The two parts were done about 3 years apart (the cross was first about three days after i turned 18, the memorial was about 3 weeks ago for my best friend that died)


i have my fraternity letters on my ankle and im looking to get a bass cleff on my left chest going from about an inch above my collar bone down onto the chest. I want to get it done to look like it was drawn in a singel brush stroke, really rough, i'll post pictures when its done

There's a place in Newark,NJ called Adrenaline Tattoos, just a short Path train ride from NYC. They do awesome work.

NY Adorned is one of the best ink shops around. Paul Booth's place is in NYC, but I think his waiting list is over a year now.

Yay, it's my turn! This past sunday I had my first session for my full celtic sleeve. The lower part of my arm is mostly a series of knotwork bands which will be shaded in various grays and colors. The upper part of my arm will have a tree of life on the shoulder, two celtic-style dragons encircling the bicep/tricep, and probably another few bands to complete it. As you can see if you look closely, this tattoo is helping me to cover up and move past some unhappy times in my childhood (read: scarring). I'm loving it so far, I go back a week from today to get the second half of the outline.

The artist is Jeff Lambert at Ace of Spades in New Britain, CT.
