Post your Pedal COLLECTION

How are you using the Phase 90? ;)

If your referring to me...

Basically, my friend gave me it, because he had left it in storage and the battery had leaked, and eaten away at the circuit, so he gave it to me incase i wanted the enclosure.

I have the jacks (which are corroded), the switch, and the pot/knob - so from the outside it looks perfectly normal, but actually, its empty inside!

Im hoping to build a clone of an EHX LPB-1 booster into it, to use with my guitar setup (and for the pure fun of people thinking its a P90, and stomping it to find out it isnt!) :hyper::hyper:

A fat octave either mixed with clean, or solo'd for its -1oct (and play an octave up the neck) would sound great with that combo you're diggin', as well as a number of other uses; Staying with the current theme of your board, I could see an MXR BOD or Octamizer fitting nicely.

I've been thinking about your advise to add an octave FX... and think I'll start trolling for a used MXR or aggie and then a fuzz. I think this will round out my pedal train nicely.

Thx!

May I recommend a Foxrox Octron? I love mine, it's the fattest octave down I've heard.

As for fuzz...have you got any ideas in mind? You could try the W&C Pickle Pie B, WP Attack Goat, EAF Supercollider...just a few to think about. Depends what kind of sound you're after.

I much prefer the OC-2 to the octron, admittedly i only had 5 minutes with the octron, but it was too transaprent, sounded exactly like my original signal one octave down, now I can definitley see the appeal in that for some people, but for me the pure synthy glitchy tracking warmth of the oc-2 will never be replaced

That's the experience I had with my Octron when I first got it. When I adjusted the trimpots inside it really gives a fat octave down.

I think this is everything I need and then some. Not entirely sure just yet, but it's starting to smell just right, so maybe.

Now that I've said that, I'll likely put half the lot up for sale later tonight.
