the neon lights is nice, good idea to light up the pedalboard. how do u get it done, does it run thru the 9v?

Taystee- how do you power your board? can you fit a pedal power 2 and 2 power strips under the board?
Believe it or not a single Shredfreak power supply and 4 daisy chains, it's a very similar supply to the Diago one.
I'm just wondering sine I got 3 moog pedals and an adrenalinn on top of all the pedals I have if the setup I described would work with a pedaltrain pro. the moog and adr. need their own power supply. I've heard mixed results using a positive tip on a dasy chain with them.
i'd be really into the pt pro if I can get all the power supplies underneath

The lights are originally for decorating the inside of computers. They have a voltage converter from 12v to whatever it takes to power the bulbs. The cool thing about the t-rex is that it has one 12ac plug and on 12v dc plug. So, I just wired a connection to that with a switch. It means I can turn them on or off if I want to, and so far I have not noticed any real noise issues.

I should try and get a pic that shows all of the cords (both power and signal) and how knoted they are! Its actually the secret to how well im able to keep things organized on that thing.... from chaos comes order i guess 
Out of curiosity... why the PH-3? With so many other great-sounding compact phasers out there... I'm wondering why you settled on that one.

I just finished the big board tonight. I have yet to barely even play it and none of my settings are right, but here you go.

The big board has been a project about 2 years in the making and the small one is mainly ebay stuff and gifts. I will post most information about both, but for now I need to sleep.
Well, other than it only being 115$ (way less than most of the phasers I was looking at) and I could get one locally and not have to wait 3-5 days, I mostly chose it cus of the unique modes.
I don't know if you listend to any of the "Rotareneg esion kcalB" stuff I have recorded, but one of the effects I really loved was the "random sample/hold" effect. The "step" mode, tho not quite random, has a similar vibe to it. One of these days I may expand the PH-3 with an expression pedal to control the speed of the chiptune-esque sounds of the step mode. I've basically got something back that I miss from the POD.
The other reason is the fall and rise modes where the phase effect goes only in->out or out->in phase NOT out<->in. It turns out that the non-cyclical phase sound is what I was looking for to add some epixness. I still use the #-stage phase modes to add a little ambiance (loving the 10 stage right now), but the fall mode is the exact thick epix movement I was looking for. Thank [deity] for sound clips in the wiki.
Im sure its not as "thick" as some of the other models out there but it's versitility and unique modes are what really settled it for me.
Another way of looking at it is to compare it to the Quasar. The Quasar is basically a really customizable 4 stage. But its still an in<->out unit. The Boss on the other hand might not be that customizable in terms of where the filter starts and stops, but it has a variety of base sounds. Both are versitile in their own way, and it was the unusual sounds of the Boss that put it on top for me.

Well, here are a few things. a) I have barely been able to play with it and b) I don't have any experience with other tremolos.
That being said, the shape shifter is incredible. It can do a great throb or total chop if you want it to. The wave, rate, and depth knobs are pretty basic to all tremolo's, but the shape knob really sets it apart. By playing with this knob you can get some really subtle changes that really are cool.
The main reason why I bought it though was because it was a tremolo with a tap tempo that was only $150. The tap button is a little stiff, but so far this pedal rocks.
