"Still"??? Its actualy a Vintage Jordan, not a fender... BUT... My wife and I live in a VERY small apartment, with several elder nieghbours... I can't be loud, at all - at any time of the day. When I gig I use a 1967 Hiwatt Custom 100, through a custom made 2x12 cab. So - does that answer your question?..

Also, before me lived here I had a $2000+ 6 space rackmount rig... There is nothing "still" about that...

How deep are those pedal boards?

Im looking for a case that has enough space so I can build an upper level with enough room for boss pedals to fit under it and on top.

Hey! You promised! :p I just need a bass with higher output pickups (like the Deluxe Active J or the Ric I've been looking at), and that's ALL I NEED! (a la The Jerk) LOL

PS I'm still deciding on keeping the volume pedal--I only added for Church/Community Orchestra gigs...

Well, that's what the volume pedal is for. If you adjust it right, the Muff provides a very sweet sustained tone sort of like a bass pedal of an organ...

PS TecX: how's that Blue Box working for you? I know they sound really funky on guitar, but how is it for bass? The guitar shop has had one in their case for over a year, and I may be able to get a good deal on it...Thanks in advance...

Its good, but you actualy do loose a lot of low end... I use it for really glitchy random sounds...

The BP-8 is only temporary until I get a SABDDI or one of the new programmable SansAmps. I only use the pre-amp in it run in dual mono. One output is coupled with a direct box (not shown) for FOH, the other out goes to the effects return of my amp. Cost me about $16 in velcro plus some scrap wood. No cover, but it rides shotgun.

- I route my Carvin fretted four string (A) and Samick fretless four string (B) into a Morley ABY Routing Switch
- Then the Morley ABY Routing Switch routes to the input of my Ernie Ball Volume Pedal.
- The "Tuner Out" of my Ernie Ball Volume Pedal routes to my Matrix SR3000 Auto Chromatic Tuner Pedal
- The Output of my Ernie Ball Volume Pedal routes to the following chain:
Boss ODB-3 Distortion Pedal --> Boss CEB-3 Chorus Pedal --> Fender Bassman 60 Combo Amp --> Berhinger DI --> House Mixing Board.

I really love having the ABY routing switch for my two basses. It makes switching basses between songs nearly seamless. Enjoy!

The MurF-105, I have it on all the time. Gives me a odd, popping stereo shift. To get more out of it, I run it into 2 amps. From the MurF lft. channel>Deep Impact>Digitech BP200>Sunn Coliseum 300. Murf rght. channel> Morley Dual Wah>Trace Elliot AH500.
