just curious as to how much you payed for yours? Ive built up quite a collection, and the tourman looks like the biggest board around. The only way i can get one is ebay, and the shipping is going to cost a fortune. Will end up costing me around $420 AUs i think

Ouch...Well being in the UK was obviously a big advantage, £120 ($285 AUS I think) including postage.

Yeah, $420 AUS sounds like a bit of a rip off, even though it is a really nice board. My only complaint is obviously that with everything in it it gets bloody heavy! But then again, carrying that amount of pedals any other way is gonna be just as heavy! I'm thinking of getting a handle and drilling it into the side, and putting a couple of caster wheels on the other end so I can wheel it around, that would be alot easier than carrying the bugger.

I bougth mine in february.
The latest nine serie pedals feature a 4PDT switch, so they are TBP :

Here is (sort of) mine.

The pedalboard itself isn't finished yet, I have to put feet under the board.

The pedals are not settled yet, also. I have some more things to put on, a flanger, a dynamic wah, my stutter looper for the delay...

For now, the G5 is alone in a LS-2 loop, which is not really the best way, but it eats to much signal. The volume pedal controls the OD sound, and the 2 Boss EQ are one before and the second after the OD, for total tonal control.

This latest "update" was inpired by listening to some previous samples I'd done (back in my IcedEarthWOM days...) with the Dime CFH and English Muff'n. The reason I put update in quotes is that I've just put together the board from FX I already own. The great part about it is that cus the CFH and EM are both true bypass I didn't have to alter any of the PDDI settings when I use the PD on it's own (w/ CFH and EM off), which most of the time I still do.

Anyway, cus I don't have access to a digital camera at the moment I figure a geek will do just as well:

Fuzz + Wah:

Before, the Fuzz 2 Wah tended to be too clean when the CFH was rocked back. To correct this I used the PDDI to add some lower range distortion that the EM doesn't generate. Oh, and I leave all the FX on for this sound, and use the CFH as if it was switchless!

BTW all the recordings were done through the PDDI's XLR out with the level switch set to Inst (-20dB).
