That's a sweet board! How are you finding the Tone Factor filter? I've had a few chances to buy one but always passed. Also, that's a sweet looking Demeter. Nice execution.

Thanks, the tonefactor is great. It's really subtle spacey and musical. I dont think that there's anything like it

Maybe but I don't feel I need the extra eq and I don't use the second channel at all.

TCS is a really really really heavy fuzz from D*A*M in Sheffield that cuts my head off.

Hey Nigel how are you liking that EHX Double Muff? I have a birthday coming up and im torn between the DMuff and the regular Muff.

A lot of people say that the Double Muff is pretty subtle in single mode.
That is not my perception, and I don't consider my bass high-output.
I use it exclusively in single mode,
and when I engage it it gives a treble boost and a fair amount of fuzzy overdrive
that I would definitely not call timid. It does keep the lows rather well though IMHO.
I like the fact that this pedal is so straight forward, just stomp and there you go,
but sometimes I really miss having the opportunity to control tone and the amount of
fuzz with knobs like you can on the big muff.

So you must decide if you want the straightforwardness of the Double Muff
or the extra controls that the Big Muff provides.
If I had to choose again I'd problably go with the Big Muff. The question of
American vs. Russian Muff I'll leave to other more qualified people to discuss.

Also keep in mind that the Double Muff is not 2 Big Muffs in one box, it's 2 Muffs. EHX originally made single Muffs, and a lot of musicians like how it sounded with 2 right next to eachother, so they decided to make them both in one box.

A real sweet treat indeed, subtle, spacey but musical nails it perfectly.

Prunes and Custard as bought from Toasted, and a Dunlop Power Brick traded with TaySte.
