conceptually, makes sense... if you clip too much, eventually you'll either have a squarwave, or a flat line....

if so whats the 9V vs. 18V sound like???

Got it from Eero at Invalid Link Removed but it was his last one. Really cool guy to deal with, these pedals are hard to find!

well you could get a small power strip.. say 2-3 outlets or so.. run the other pedals off of a godlyke or One Spot... I don't know where you'd keep it, other than in a separate gig bag or something...

I have, and I don't particularly remember the results. I've been meaning to do a couple of recording tests, ever since I got my new firewire interface. I should have some time later this week, and I'll upload some comparison clips.

I haven't seen that much fuzz since the last police car chase scene in Blues Brothers!

Finally done! Though I'm sure I'll have to make some changes to the hardware of the case, it'll defintely do for now. Because of my EXTRAORDINARY laziness, I didn't even swap out the hinges. I just popped out the pins that held them together, and threaded some super-durable, coated wire through the hinges. I fastened a metal pull tab on one end and tuck away the remainder on the other. Pretty ingenious, but not 100% practical. If I ever lose that wire at a gig, I'm pretty much buggered, but I just keep it threaded through the lid when the top is off. So far so good, it's too bad I couldn't find any black material, but the brown seems fine. There's five layers of carpet padding under the brown felt, it's really firm and lightweight. Anyway, that's "done", and by "done" I mean useable.

I should get a pic of my board, but all my pedals are now packed up cause I'm moving to a new house soon. So once I pull them back out and such, I'll snap a picture, expect to wait a few months though.

What's the material on top of that board? Some wood of a kind? Cause it looks like thick cardboard...
