i always wondered what the acoustic simulator would sound like on bass. can you descibe or compare the sound to anything? i really wanna know.

I'm pretty impressed with the Looper. I never really realized the tone drain from my pedals. The only pedal I *always* use is the SABDDI. The chorus is second. The others are occasional at best (shy of the dist., which is used a tad more frequently). Those 'lil buggers killed the punch in my signal. It's one of those out of ear out of mind things. I never realized until now.
For those of you that run multiple pedals and are on the fence regarding dropping the cheddar for a Looper..... DO IT! It's well worth it!
It allows me to have two modulation effects on at the same time. Many folks assume that this is not possible with multis.
ahh, I didn't realise you could- aside from chorus + other modulation, interesting to know.

I personally love the foxx as a bass fuzz. It doesn't loose TOO much low end however I do send the signal through the x-blender just to give those lower frequencies a push over the top. It sounds great with or without though. I currently play through an Ashdown ABM 500 EVO II Head and an aguilar 4x10 cab.

I'm a HUGE fan of the looper. Huge!!!
Instead of running my signal through ALL of the pedals, it runs simply in and out of the Looper. To engage an effect, I click the appropriate loop, and the signal is routed through only that pedal. I gained a very noticeable amount of punch back when I added the Looper. The only effect I use pretty consistently is the SABDDI. The others are only used on certain songs, or sporadically. Basically, they were just sitting there, sucking up my tone, yet contributing nothing. Well, NO MORE!!!!
Plus, there is a master bypass on mine to immediately bypass all, or simply to compare/contrast. It definitely does what it claims.
I know the Sansamp can be used for more than SVT emulation, but what do you use it for since you've got an SVT already?
