cuuuute pets!
can i join? im surprised there was a thread like this in here. here's my cat sitting on my practice amp. i would also like to own a dog someday when i have my own house. we're hiding these cats in our apartment as the landlord doesn't allow pets in the compound.
We had a cat just like this until about 3 weeks ago. She was put to sleep by the vet after contracting FIP, and was only 18 months old

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who took their animals off the street or got them from the shelter
I actually prefer to get animals from the shelter if i can. My family had 2 cats from the shelter, and both had amazing personalities. One small tabby was very very affectionate, and would often hang around my computer desk, every now and then peeking over the top of the monitor. She would also reach out and grab your arm when you were about to get up and walk away. Had to put her down in september though, was sad. But i take comfort in knowing she had a long and happy life with us instead of being snuffed out years ago.
Our other cat from the pound is a massive Main Coon-mix. He was like 20 lbs at one point and no, it he wasnt fat. Very vocal and smart as a whip, will always sit on your lap, chest or stomach when he can. Hes actually pretty dog-like, he will greet you at the door, beg for food, and meow when you look at him and say his name. Hes getting old though (17 right now), and his time is coming

There should be some "chicks" holding the pets or the basses and this would be all over the place. Hmmm...

After reading this whole thread (but admittedly not part 1) I can't believe nobody has a cat named Tommy!!! LOL!
This thread always brightens my day. It seems like it's the only thread on TB that doesn't have anyone talking smack about anything. Just love for the animals.
