Available here from Liben. Be aware this edition has some mistakes in its notation, so be sure to listen to a recording once you have the score.

A revised Poucha-Dass will also be included in Book 4 of Rabbath's method, (supposedly) set for release some time next month.

FWIW, Every recording I have of Rabbath performing this piece is different. It definitely has some improvisation in it and I'm inclined to believe the manuscript is more of a rough guide.

True, although the pitches and basic structure do not change. The introduction is always completely improvised (this is before the notated portion of the piece), and the accent patterns will vary. He also performs it very differently than he did when "Live Around the World" was recorded in the 70's. The piece as he performs it today is very clearly notated in the upcoming volume.
