They were standard on old Fenders, but no more. That's because there's no way of knowing what someone might plug into it, and if the current draw of whatever that is plus the amp exceeds the rating of the power cord it's a fire hazard.I wish more gear manufacturers would add an accessory AC outlet (or three!) to the backs of their heads, amps, and pre-amps whenever there's room! I am amazed that they don't!
