Which companies (if any) make a Precision (not a PJ, just a P) bass that comes standard with a Jazz neck?

Here are the answers for companies with current basses (so far):

All USA G&L basses can be ordered with a J neck. Their traditional P-bass is the LB-100. The SB-1 has a single split-coil, but it's the monstrous MFD, which is very hot with heavier lows than a traditional alnico split-coil.

Some Nash PB63s

Carvin PB-4 is close

You can now add Fender Japan to the list.

Those are PJs. I mean just a P. I'll update the original post.

The SB-1 is the bass I've really been gassing for, but I didn't think it would come with a Jazz neck. Do you have to do special orders with G&L? You can't just go to a music store and they have the latest models?
