You don't see enough primary color blue basses. Nah mean? There are some translucent ones that are close, but not many if any solid blue ones.

Paging Dr. @JIO…paging Dr. @JIO. I'll lob this little softball your way, and add one of my own. Well, not MY OWN. It's quite pretty, and I love the racing stripes, but I do no own one myself. Here's the story behind it.

Hey now, I love me some trans blue. Just saying I'd rock just a bright ass playskool kids toy, pen-cap blue bass, just don't see that color much.

I know this is transparent, but still, Fbass satin blue. So blue.

It is however a very fine metallic as you can see in this close-up. It was made in 2000 (MII) when Fender acquired Cort - there are Cort basses this same colour.

Yeah it seems like they all are a bit metallic. I wonder if it's something about the blue pigment that makes it harder to do flat for some reason.
Still waiting for somebody to post a pic of one of those ALL-BLUE (yes, even the fretboard) blue ESP (Surveyor?) basses.
It ain't pretty, but it's solid blue and was my only working bass for a good many years.
