No metallic, no yellow or red hue, just flat primary
Hey now, I love me some trans blue. Just saying I'd rock just a bright ass playskool kids toy, pen-cap blue bass, just don't see that color much.

It is however a very fine metallic as you can see in this close-up. It was made in 2000 (MII) when Fender acquired Cort - there are Cort basses this same colour.
