Pro equiptment and non pro user

I was just wondering who out there has a really great set-up, ie. good amp with either a 410, 610 or 810 cab. Yet still plays for the sheer enjoyment (for a hobby), but has intentions of playing with others down the line.

I know that some will say that anything above a practice combo is more than enough and that may be true, but should that limit someone if they are interested in something bigger and better? Maybe they've come across something that produces the sound they have been looking for, but may not be able to justify a large purchase because of non-worthiness.

Also, money is not an issue.

I pretty much play for enjoyment. My rig is an SWR 55ox, Big Ben 1-18, and Goliath Jr. 2-10. I have a rack tuner, and power conditioner too. I play in a bar band and have about 7 years experience. I know some TB'rs will question how proffessional my rig is, but I believe it is reliable, powerful, and has good tone. Trust me, I've seen some of the super rigs posted here and I'm not bragging or anything. I pretty much followed Bassman Paul's plan and this is where I am now.
