problem with EMG p active pickups

hi,
I 'm facing a problem on my new EMG pickups.
I have connected all the electronics like i think it's supposed to be and no sound at all from one pickup and the other is working fine...
i have tried to switch the wire upside down and nothing..
HELP!!

Is that the PU you have? Your wiring is completely different than what is in the manual in the link.

its the P..wiring is same as diagram..the tone pots was just upside down

Looks wrong to me. You diagram has both white wires on the inside on both pots. The diagram doesn't look like that. Am I just looking at it wrong?

Your connector on tone control to the output jack needs to be flipped over.
Your connector on the volume control from the pickup needs to be flipped over and moved to the two open pins.

hi, i've did what you told..but no sound on the pickup and i it makes a hum when touching the knobs.. i can hear a plock from the pickup to the amp when i hit the pickup with a screwdriver , but no sound from strings..
