I'll check on about that Peavey model.
And I don't shoot down everything you say for no reason.
I played many Warwick,Ibanez,Fender basses,and I don't like them for some reasons.
Warwick:
The necks are built really bad(my own opinion),they feel bad to me.
The pickups sounds just aweful...
Ibanez:
Don't like their sound either...The pickups are quite nice,but I don't like the preamps(bartolinis...)
Fender:
I don't like the active bass's sound.The preamp sounds real bad.
They barely have active basses,and if they do-Like I said,I don't like it's sound.
In my country at the stores they take quite alot of money just for the name...
I pay about 10%-20% more money just for the name.I can buy from Ebay,but I just don't like Fender.
(By the way,I know Marcus Miller uses fender basses,but he has a good preamp by J-Retro,and that costs alot of $$$).
I also played Music Man,even the Bongo model.
Not only they take HILARIOUS price on them in my country,I don't like it's sounds,looks,the weight of it(And I did play quite alot of time on it in a store).
I also don't like Music Man's huge *** humbuckers.
Like I said,I'll check on the Peavey model..
But,if possible,please give me more bass brands-you don't know how much that will help me!
