I have encountered a problem with my pc. I have lost all my digital pics that I've downloaded. They are no longer in the location that I had them stored. The folders are still ther but they are empty! I use camedia and have never had a problem with this before. yesterday I did find some pics and put them back in their place but they are gone again today. No other program seems to be affected. I have been downloading pics for 4 years and there are a lot of memories there, can anyone help a brother out?

where did you find the photos moved to, and have you installed any software that deals with photos at all? This may be a dumb question, but has anyone else had access to it?

do the search thing again...when the photos come up right click and click Open Conatining folder.....

It should bring you to the folder where they are all at...

Then right click propteries on a random spot and it will lead you how to get there.

When I try to scroll down towards the bottom of the photo list I loose the window , even the taskbar disappears for a couple of seconds. I just did an ad-aware scan and it found nothing, spyware doctor found nothing

Strange, when Microsoft anti-spyware finishes its scan it shows any problems found, there is a drop down menu beside each entry, make sure they're set to "remove" then click continue.

After running Microsoft antispy ware the last two nights I see it's internet explorer that's getting attack ( I f**king hate internet explorer). I also can't seem to delete what microsoft finds. There is a window that say's Microsoft is waiting for you to tell it what to do, when I click it it all just goes blank and does nothing. I used to use netscape but for some reason it stop opening up, I try uninstalling and re-installing but no luck. What else can I use? IE has got to go!
