Project Talkbass

For this one you'll have to download the MP3, as I want all the background tracks to sound the same. That'll make editing it together easier.

Having heard narud's (and everyone else's) "Fusion Jam" entry, I'm leaning toward "run like the wind"

I would have liked a sneak preview too, but I figured what the Hell, it's not a competition! Surely it's the taking part that counts?

What's the worst that could happen?

If my solo turns out to be the shi**est one in the finished mp3 and it sticks out like a sore thumb, then I know I have to practice more!

...and quite frankly if anyone wants to slate me for joining in, but not being 'good enough' then they're an arsehole!

Don't worry about it, just do your best... it's not like you can ever do any better is it!

Hey fellas... I dont have any recording equiptment but I would love to hear what you have going on so far... I'd like to hear the compilation as it is now...

I downloaded the mp3 somehow I will get it home so I can practice on my own. This is a totally sweet idea!!

By the way, I play a Sunburst MIM Fender JazzV (passive).

Stop complaining and step on up into the 21st century technologically. :D You can get a decent PC for less than $1,000 US.

I'm not paying $1,000 for something that would sit in the corner and be used once a year, if that ....probably only to take part in this project! ;)
