yes, I've had my wife's 12" tablet convertible in it's sleeve in my bag with my D630 a few times.
and yes! I carry a Dell D820 (work laptop) and a Dell D630 (personal laptop), mouse, power supply, couple single subject notebooks, couple books, glasses, knife, leatherman, misc pens, toothbrush & paste, and an internal IDE/SATA hard drive to USB adapter with 3 older laptop harddrives in mine currently.
