Prunes and Custard

I remember watching a good youtube vid of a guy playing Muse's Hysteria through a P&C - I thought it sounded great. One of the pedals still on my short list of gotta try.
I saw that vid. Now it seems there are two:

When I get my P&C back I'll try and record some new clips.
If you haven't found any good clips by tuesday i will record some when i'm in college and have access to pro tools to record.
Are clone pedals as good as the real thing? I was thinking about getting a Boss ODB3 clone that's a lot cheaper but says it does the same thing, though I can't be sure the build quality is the same
The OBD is nothing like the P&C. OBD is an overdriver while the Prunes is a strange drive/distortion with at ring modulation sound to it (the "harmonic generator intermodulator"). Two completely different pedals.
