Here's my dog @6 months old the first day we got him

and here he is now at about 1 1/2 years old

He was a rescued dog from Philadelphia Animal Welfare (PACA)

here are my two puppies. This was taken about a year ago. They're full grown now. The golden is BIG (like, 110 lbs big, not because he's fat).

Damn if this dawg ain't smarter than most people I know! Now that he's nearly 3 (second pic), he's big enough to be intimidating, but still small enough to be an affectionate and playful indoor pet. They really are a fantastic breed!

Dogs are awesome. Wife and I are currently without due to restrictions in our apartment complex hmm, but as soon as we get into a house we're getting a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. It's basically a cross between a bear and a horse, I think.

When he's not in full hyper play mode, we still take Link Removed. I'm not especially fond of when he decides to give kisses though. Link Removed! Usually he ends up Link Removed when he does that. We've decided that Link Removedworks better. He's not a bad pillow...

I don't currently have any dogs (not allowed at my apartment, and I'm not home enough to take care of a pet these days anyway), but here are a few I grew up with:

Audrey our champion whippet on the left, and her daughter Laura on the right.

Audrey's other daughter Mandy in the back, and Lucci, an Italian Greyhound we rescued, in the front.
