PUPPIES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shelties rule. Also he looks big like mine. Most people think Jordan is a small collie.

yea he is big, we got him from some Amish people who bred Shelties for a while hes 12 now and just does whatever the hell he wants, he doesn't listen to anyone anymore. he was also super pissed when we got rid of that couch. obviously he was colorblind :p

I love that slightly grumpy personality they seem to have - mine is on page 1

I posted a beagles/sheltie mix earlier if you want to look at her. I think she's on Pg 2. I took her to the vet today and it cost $200 in meds. Do your shelties have ear issues?

Even though I have two cats that run around having a good old time when the dog isn't here. :)
Ha Ha, yeah it's our Cat's 8th birthday today, and he must be thinking we've given him the best birthday present ever by getting rid of the dog :)

It's the usual story where the dog really, really wants to be friends with the cat, but the cat wants nothing of it. And of course, the cat bullies the dog coz dog hasn't worked out yet that he's 10 times bigger, 20 times stronger, and 30 times faster. The relationship between them is hilarious!

OK here's a question? Do you guys get that weird sensation that everything is somehow different when the dog isn't around?

We put Toby on to a plane yesterday and flew him interstate to my wife's parents place. We'll meet up with him in a few days. Gee the house felt empty yesterday. But not just empty - it also feels....I don't know how to put it..... the house feels strange somehow. Heck my wife and I found ourselves bursting into impromptu Toby impersonations all night? What's with that?

I know exactly what you mean. My girlfriend and I went on our first vacation together to Mexico back in December and put the dog in a kennel for the week (a very nice one recommended by our vet where they give the dogs walks and play time multiple times a day). At least twice a day, we'd find ourselves saying "I wonder what the puppy is doing!" and then we'd have to stop ourselves before we got too sad from the separation, haha

yea its a riot him and my dad are both crotchety old men. Hes also been useless as a watch dog you could break in and steal the couch he sleeps on and he wouldn't know until the morning. :(

Mine did when he was a puppy, we figured it was from swimming in the lake at the campground we used to camp at. he stopped going the late and the ear problems stopped

This is a cool thread. Bass players are people of compassion.......no matter what anyone says.
Spanky, I can't help but notice how much you and your dad look alike. As for the "puppy" Bear, you can tell just by looking that his disposition is laid back, but he can sound BAD TO THE BONE.
