PYPB 37: In a row?

Boom shakalaka

have you shed some stuff? this looks alot simpler than before. Still great man, i could totally rock this board.

I'm still building my new board but I'm thinking of trying one of these switchers (Moen GEC 438)
in an arrangement something like this.
CRCBASSPEDALBOARD2-DAPD7401CASE-ACUALSIZE-SWITCHERVERSION2resized.jpg

It can only use 3 of 4 loops at a time but the signal order can be programmed into 8 presets.
Anyone ever try one?

Curiosity... Any particular reason for a Sadowsky and a Tone Hammer?

5sg.

I use the sadowsky as a buffer for my passive bass... the sadowsky on the first of the chain and tonehammer on the last. I usually plug this directly to the effects loop/power amp in. vt bass (got it out of GAS :bawl:) i use for dirt. If I am using a good amp... I keep the Tone Hammer disengaged.

signal chain:
bass> sadowsky di> ocatamizer> tlc> agro> vt bass > small stone > tone hammer

I'll chime in on this as well.....Right now I'm running a Rusty Box into a Tone Hammer. I discovered quite by accident while A/Bing the two of them that together I was able to obtain a very rich tone that I absolutely love. The other benefit for me is that I can disengage one or the other (or both) with just the Tone Hammer for a more vintage tone or just the Rusty Box for a more grindy, modern tone, in effect creating a couple of presets. But the combination of the two just really works for me.

By the way, g13nn, love your board. I've recently become a big fan of Aguilar stuff with the addition of the Tone Hammer to my set up. An Agro will be here tomorrow to see if it can knock a few things off my board and a TLC is on its way so I can A/B it against the MXR Bass Compressor I currently use.

I've had boards with more clutter, but this is the first one I've ever pieced together worth showing. Shot just after the first live trial this morning.

1) From the Musician's Gear tuner, I run to;
2) a WholeNote Limiter/Enhancer, which I only use if I'm NOT using;
3) an Ashdown Dual-Band Compressor, followed by;
4) an Ibanez Weeping Demon Wah, followed by;
5) an Ibanez DE7 Delay, followed by;
6) an Ibanez CF7 Chorus/Flanger, followed by;
7) a Boss FV-60 Volume; ending at;
8) a Whirlwind IMP2 DI

All cased in a wonderful PedalPower board/soft case with a nine-way power supply and dual loop box.

I'd like to add a distortion, but the board is full. Something would have to go...

Here is mine again, after some adjusting, a new power supply, and phaser. I had to lift the board about an inch to accommodate the CIOKS DC10. After seeing an example of this either here or on TGP, I picked up some 7/8" stool shoes at the hardware store and epoxied em over the existing feet. Seems to be working just fine. The VP-Jr is being used as an expression pedal to the phaser.

I'll be building a switcher soon, which will move everything around again, but for now, this is my board. :bassist:

So you can change the order your pedals are in on the fly without having to undo wires? Ive been looking for something like this... I wonder how well it does.
