The Yellow guy is a Montreal Assembly CA Ring Mod

Here is the signal chain:

Bass->LS-2 (A<->B)>TU-2->Amp

• Loop A (Main Loop with Feedback Loop): FEALabs OptiFET>OC-2>Supercollider>Shiva>Utter Stutter (Feedback Loop)
  
• Feedback Loop: 105B Bass MuRF>Wolf Computer>Wrong Side of Uranus
  
• Loop B (Delay Loop): CA Ring Mod>Drasp Modded Line 6 DL-4 (it's blue but it isn't an MM4)

I use the LS-2 so I can have more control over the volume of the Delay Loop as well as be able set the tap tempo on the Delay Loop before switching over to it.

Interesting, I just picked up an LS2.... So many ways that I could use it, I'm not even sure where to start. Such a powerful pedal.

I dig it. Defo some similarities between yours and mine.

Do you by any chance know if I open my DL4 up, does Drasp leave anything anywhere on the inside that would indicate he did the mods? I picked it up in a trade locally and the guy I got it from didn't seem to know much about it.

Nope. I made the mistake of selling one before. I managed to find this one for a not so inflated ebay price, so I'm pretty content on holding on to it.

Just curious, what did you have lined up as a solution to a meatbox? I know the chips are hard to find, but once someone finally clones its, they are gonna make a killing.

Killer boards in here!! In the last thread I said I was going to try a Moen GEC 438 loop pedal and after about a week
of messing with it, this thing is pretty cool. -On the test bench -

The switching from preset to preset is seamless and it dose let you program the order of the effects.
It's a trip to be able to program a couple of presets with with the order of the pedals reversed on one preset,
and compare them.
Being able to get two completely different sounds from the same set of pedals could be useful for me.
The only con I have for it right now is it's a little heavy.
I'm gonna give it a try for a while an see what happens.

Rawrrbass - I use an Aguilar Octamizer with no dry signal and the filter rolled way back and then use an EQ boost after it at around 50hz. It isn't the same as a Meatbox, and as a gear-head I know that. But the sound/feel/shake to the average gig goer has the same effect. It works. At the last show unused just the Aguilar and no EQ (with the filter REAL low) and boosted the volume and it too had enough impact.

It will be fine until I snag a MeatBox.

The switching from preset to preset is seamless and it does let you program the order of the effects.

I remember your post about the Moen looper from the last thread. Being able to re-arrange the pedal order on the fly is an interesting prospect, although probably not something I'd use very often.

Is the switching really that fast when you swap the order of two effects, though? - No dropout? If that is the case, I can imagine some fun possibilities involving rapidly moving around a delay with a high feedback setting... Or two delays doing some kind of modulation/reversing!

I've been really interested in a setup like this. I would love to have a few of my pedals on a keyboard stand so I can make on the fly adjustments when the band is improvising, but still be able to activate those pedals via my feet, so that I don't drop the groove to switch the pedals on. I would need quite a few loops to cover my entire board. The best option for me would be the Voodoo Lab products,...specifically the Pedal Switcher/Pedal Commander or if I had more $$,...the GCX/Ground Control.

Man, I really like the idea of being able to change pedal order on demand. I just wish the controller didn't almost double the size of your board...

The case is a DAP Audio D7401 showmaster 24 . I've seen a few other people using this case for a pedalboard
(it's meant to be a lighting controller case) and thought they looked cool.
I searched around quite a bit for cases, but I really like this one with a couple of mods.

I was looking at the Musicom and other switchers, man there's some nice ones!
But I don't need Midi and my my setup is kinda small and simple so this is kinda cool for a poor mans switcher.

It's almost 14.5" wide so yea I see what you mean. But honestly I don't like the foot switches too close together and these are spaced nicely.
I had two LS-2's and a tuner in the space where the switcher is now, so I didn't lose much once I squeeze the PolyTune Mini in there somewhere.

I'm building the board myself from aluminum and 3/8" extruded black nylon.
The case it's sitting in is a DAP Audio D7401.
