Loving this set-up! Use the LS-2 as a way to keep everything with a * in its effects loop (GR) and still be able to bypass the Groove Regulator. That way I can use MY dynamics to open and control the filter but keeps the filter at the loop for filter control of just about EVERYTHING!. It all sounds so good in its loop! Next with the OC-2 (synth modded), I can use the cleanest possible signal to trigger. Next are all my fuzzes going into the Guyatone Compressor. (this is set up this way because I hate running a comp into a fuzz but love it into the BSY-600. I also like running fuzz into it and with the compressor before the synth but after the fuzz allows it to track the fuzz along with the synth. Terrordactlyl comes next for filter control of everything before. Next to the H.O.G. with a compressor before to tighten it up. This goes to my flanger than lastly custom 18-stage phaser to add some subtle (or not!) modulation. Now the effects loop ends and goes to the Dunlop 105Q as I always have seen a wah as a big tone knob so that way it can control it all with its range. Tremolo makes sense later to me as its just a volume control. Lastly we have a Roland Space Echo to delay/oscillate/send it all to SPACE! Overall this set-up really works well, allows me to use my dynamics to control it all and it looks cool!

time on yer hands while the Mrs is on a grrls night out lead to radical pedal surgery spawned from the dreaded "what if I..." thought.

I really wanted to put the M9 back up, but where??? There was no room at the Inn Good Sir!
Ok, so I thought that if I put some pedals on a mini - in a config I am likely to use by itself - I would have room on the PT to put the rest including the M9. I could put the mini in front of it, or in a loop on the LS-2, for max-killing-power!

The mini worked out great!

I have 2 drummers, 1 in particular, who want to do some electronica/d&b/dub so I want to use the BEF with HH for fun and get some serious wobble factor with the M9.

Now..... how the hell am I going to route this? LOL!I am still to work out if I want to LS-2-loop some of the peds or ...... meh. I'll have to work that one out!
Any ideas with what you see there TB?

I'll have to have a go at wiring that up tomorrow as it's snooze time in the land of Oz!

Nice looking setup to me. I'm no expert, but would try running the mini ahead of the PT, not in the LS -2. I'd split the LS-2 for parallel, and run the MWBD info the BEF Pro on one side, and Harmonist ,oxide, M9 on the other. I might put the freeze at the end, or in one of the two loops.

Of course you have to try a few different configs out, at least one where you run the mini in an LS2 loop.

Yeah...I'm about to ship my Megalith off to be rehoused. I guess it's a psychological thing....the 'lith is SO massive sounding and can actually get a wide variety of sounds....but would it seem as massive in a smaller pedal....?

The latest and greatest. Only had the chance to play the new ones with headphones, got it set up too late. The Randy's Revenge is way fun but probably scores lowest for utility on my board, it brings the crazy. The Behemoth II sounds so nice, it's just a gentle giant and plays pretty nicely with others but I think it needs to move closer to the start of the chain, it's gonna take a lil' bit to get a handle on where best to put it, but so far I dig it. I was getting killer sounds going Behemoth II > Xerograph > Randy's Revenge though, fun night.

Very nice! I dont have my Rat Tail in front of me at the moment, but I think we have really similar settings ...

Thanks for the suggestions Holme. I just jammed together a straight through setup for the moment.

After a few other goes, that certainly seems to be the best order for them.
I still may play with the LS-2, I may try just one loop of Oxide>MWBD>BEF>M9 just to be able to punch in/out of that setup quickly.

Lol Many board iterations later, here I am with my Mini and ironically I sold the Pro sold to the guitarist. LOL. He jokes that I've squeezed 6 pedals on a board made for three and I got him back by saying he jammed 8 pedals and a power supply on a board made for 20. Hehehe

Downsized from a PT-Pro to a Jr., myself. Mostly for more convenient transport, though I like to impose some limitations on myself through my pedal selections as well - forces me to make a little more creative use of the effects that I can practically lug around. And I'm happier this way...

...But damn, I wish I could still fit that ridiculously, deliciously giant moog ringmod on there, like I used to!

Yeah, the pro is absolutely ludicrous, especially with the flight case. I have a pt mini with 5 pedals on it that I use for most gigs. I'll get a pic and post it soon.

Nice, still lots of rich options there.

It's cool that the PS-6 tracks after the BEF and after modulation from the M9. I am only using analog octavers and I've found they work best at the front of the chain in my setup.

Here's the mini I use for cover band shows, sometimes. It varies depending on the likelihood that crazy, drunk people (myself excluded of course) will be within destruction range of my stage area. I bring the good stuff on gigs with larger, unaccessible stages. And sometimes just the B3 if I'm feeling lazy and don't need distortion.

Im happy with it. I'm thinking of getting a smaller board for my punk ska band with maybe just some overdrive, envelope filter and a tuner.
