How good is the Mooer octaver ?

I don't have any firsthand experience with the Micro/Nano POG so you can take my thoughts with a grain of salt, but the Mooer sounds pretty much like all the demos of the POGs I found on YouTube.

Updated the pedalboard with the mindblowing Source Audio Nemesis Delay, Source Audio Lunar Phaser, and SolidgoldFX Sasori. Re-added the Ditto for fun, but I may add it to the end of the chain to make synth pads. Really, really happy with this board. May replace the EBS ValveDrive with more Source Audio pedals and re-add my Moog MF Boost for awesome volume swells.

Bought mine new! The green sparkle is the 2015 update, and it is even more gorgeous in person.I wish there was some kind of hybrid because I think the lil robot guy is really cute.

Just added the PXL-Live over Christmas time. I've been programming the past couple days. It definitely takes getting used to. I had a cool effect today that I wanted to add some M9 reverb on, and instead of just clicking it on I had to program it in first. Not so good for improvising on he spot.

It's been hit and miss so far with popping noises. Sometimes it's freakishly loud and others it's dead silent. Based on reading I can't decide if it's the switchers fault or the individual pedals fault when being used with a switcher. :/

Time will tell. I love the idea.

I'm using a Ditto currently (used to use a SMM w Hazarai) for looping, is the Inifnity a big jump in term of learning curve, or is it pretty easy and intuitive?

Ha ha, love the FYP.

I've never used a Ditto or anything like it. I've only used the loopers on some multi-FX units, and the Infinity is far better than that. The reason I went with it is that it's a great pairing for the Beat Buddy, it will know when the measures end and sync your loops to those points. For simple out-of-the-box looping it's as simple and intuitive as anything else, IMO, especially if you are feeding it that MIDI clock signal. Its deeper features are a little less simple and intuitive, but not crazy complicated (and I haven't necessarily explored all of them).
