Nice! I've had quite a few of the same pedals you have on your board but only the awesome Phat Phuk B remains on mine!
Actually the only pedal I haven't owned is the Prunes and Custard, I really want to try that one someday.

I use the TAFM on low-gain settings as kind of a step up in intensity from the overdrives, but not all-out fuzz. I use one Muff for wide, laid-back in the mix fuzz and the other for cleaner, more articulated muff fuzz. I'm currently playing around with which Muff does what better.

I rearranged things: running 2 boards into 3 amps seemed a bit unbalanced, so now there are 3 boards, hooked together, running into 3 amps. 
(But not 1 board per amp, that would be kinda boring, wouldn't it?)
Anyway, this is the main board, the signal gets split twice on there (MB, DD7).
From the main board, one signal goes into an amp and the other two go through one of those boards each into an amp.

Yeah, I have the big box version. The smaller one would allow me to fit at least one more pedal on my board, maybe 6

Not a total overhaul, because the tone management part is intact, but the effect part has changed: Zoom MS60 is out for now and Digitech BassDriver out for good.
In during the last few weeks: Digitech BSW (mostly on octave duty), MXR Bass Distortion (wow) and EHX Stereo Electric Mistress for tone coloring. The EHX holds its bottom pretty well on its own on some settings, but I have it looped through the LS-2. Really looking forward to band practice on Sunday PM.
EDIT: Geez.... here I go down the friggin' rabbit hole again. Bought the Mistress to replace the MS60B as modulation effect. But the Mistress sounds sooooo much better with a limiter after it, so the 60B is back on the board. So I have to fit a second CS-7 under the board to feed it (I already one on my home board). It never, never, never ends. Just like Pacino said in Godfather III, just when you think you're out, they pull you back in. To someone who says "this is my definite board", I say "HA ! see you in one week !"
EDIT #2: Used this at band rehearsal this pm. We rehearse through a Roland Hub, so sound quality is pretty good. The MXR Bass Distortion absolutely shines !! As for the Mistress/60B Limiter combo, that was another big wow today. Never was a big flanger fan, but this set-up works out pretty good for me.

Added a Gonkulator since my last post and love those crazy pedal. The Grunge side is a cool distortion that stacks well with other stuff, the ring side is the side as well as the mixing of elements. Took off my Ibanez Wau-Fuzz for a Source Audio Manta and Orbital. The rose below the Orbital is a placeholder for when I eventually get a HotHand 3. Fun times!
This version of my pedalboard was really complicated to assemble. There was no free space at all. Too tight!
thank you, i'm very happy with what i have running. The woolly mammoth clone is mostly a place holder, until i find another mini pedal that i'd like to try there.
I think I may be experiencing "peak distortion."
