Quarter Pounder with Cheese

While Five Guys is arguably better, it also costs a lot more. At least here, it's about $13 for a little cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink. "Little" being Five Guys nomenclature. I think it's still 3.3 oz. And a small fries is actually enough for two people.

My usual McDonald's order is double QP and large fries, which comes to about $10.50. About the same price as Five Guys regular burger (which is a double) and small fries (which are larger and better than the McD's).
Nothing to add here. McDonald's gets none of my money. Haven't eaten there in at least six years.

Ah, see, here a regular burger and small fries is $13.14. And that's without cheese and no drink. A cheeseburger, fries, and drink is $16.71.

I love the restaurant Five Guys, especially the freebie peanuts. Sometimes I simply get a craving for those peanuts and I have to go there.

Not been to a McDonalds in a long time...only thing I really liked on the menu was the twisty fries (don't know if they have them in the US?), the burgers never really appealed to me, although I have devoured a simple cheeseburger or two.
Five Guys only recently opened in Ireland, and I got my first taste a couple of weeks ago.
I was really impressed.
Definitely pricier than McDonalds, but worth it, in my opinion.

Are you talking about Seymour Duncan's quarter pounder bass pickups?...................Always go with a dual coil "humbucker"!
I like 5 Guys but a meal there is basically your daily calorie intake allotment!
I've never bothered with the quarter pounders, I always get three mcdoubles without ketchup and either a poutine or 20 chicken mcnuggets. It's not "good" food, but I need calories and it's a nice change from what I normally have to eat.
I don't each much fast food, but I never cared for the QP to begin with. Double QP? Too much beef, screws with the meat:toppings ratio.

Yes. THAT is what I am talking about. They are saltier also, as well as having a different flavor.
To be honest, it did taste better to me the first time I tried it. But now I'm missing the original flavor. I think it just worked better with that overall combination of ingredients.
The Big Mac still tastes good.
The QPC "Deluxe" also tastes good. It's basically Quarter Pounder with Cheese, plus lettuce and tomatoes.
