One thing to be prepared for if you're going to get into uploading large files to services like T.B. Player and I are talking about. When your ISP brags about how fast their connection speeds are, they're talking about download speeds. You usually have to dig around to find their spec'd upload speeds, because they're often shockingly slow. So depending on your service, you might be surprised at how long it takes to upload 45 minutes or an hours worth of mp3, even though you may be able to download an album's worth pretty quickly. That would get back to your original question about editing, so you can cut out the fat and only upload what's absolutely necessary, or a few tracks at a time. There's nothing more frustrating than uploading one large file only to have it time out 2 minutes before it's finished.
