Question about Traynor bass head and ohms?

Hi, so i have a Traynor dynabass 400h on layaway at my local music store, kind of a last minute thing when i was picking up somethings as it was on sale for 250$ off! It says it has a minimum impedence of 4 ohms, so that would mean 400 watts through a 4 ohm cab right? Im also wondering what its power would be through an 8 ohm cab, i cant find the information anywhere, just that it is "400 at 4 ohms" and 4 being minimum? Thanks :)
