ok. I have 3 pedals for now..I have boss odb-3 ; boss limiter enhancer LMB3 and boss flanger bf-2...in what order they must go to get nice sound from each one...
from bass to AMP.
I use crate head 2x10 Behringer box and I have yamaha rbx 375 and warwic rockbass corvete.

Try out all configurations. It's not like you've got 12 pedals velcro'd to a board... you've got three. There is no "must" in the pedal game.

Yes, experiment and see what sounds the best to you. I'd put the comp first, in front of the drive and the flanger to taste.

it's just a matter of taste, but if it were me, i'd run the dirt first (since distortion compresses already and you'll get a more dynamic response), then the flanger (which is magnified after distortion) and lastly, the comp.
