Quick! Is this a good deal?? (buying GK used, question)

Ok folks... quick question. a GK 4x10 cab (400w @ 8 ohms i believe) and a backline 125 (300w @ 8 ohms, or 125 at 4) are being offered to me for $275. purchased in 2007, used by a music student who didn't use it very heavily. original owner.

so, for $275, is it a good deal? i'll be checking it out this friday/saturday. from the pictures, it looks like it's in good condition (the head looks pretty much perfect, but the pics aren't great... but, the head isn't tolex covered or anything, it's just metal, so you can't expect a lot of wear anyways...) and the cab looks ok, there seems to be a big white spot on top, probably just some sort of tolex wear.

i've always liked the GK sound, and i've heard they're really reliable... and i can always buy a bigger head and/or add another cab if i need more volume... but a 4x10 is EXACTLY what i've been looking for/need for the kinds of performing i'll be doing over the next 4 years (high school student, going to be in jazz band/other bands, needs a bigger performance amp, you know how it is)

thanks guys! :D

NOTE: i made about a billion mistakes here about info on the head... it's the Backline 250, which is 250 watts at 4 ohms, and 125 at 8 (that's why i thought 125). All apologies for those mistakes. There's a picture of said amp/head combo posted below.

who knows? depends on what gk cab it is. if it's an rbx, sbx, or neo, i'd say yes. if it's a backline or goldline, eh. as for the head, are you sure you've got the name of it right? i can't find anything about it on a yahoo search. plus usually heads go up in wattage the lower the impedance.

oh, yeah, you're right, i got that flipped around; it's 125 at 8, 250 at 4. and the cab is 400w at 8 ohms. whoops :)

there's the amp: i can't tell what cab it is (i know, it looks goldline, but the logo looks like it's in a different place?) and i've always liked GK cabs sound, no matter the head (i play them a lot at GC; the Acoustic ones sound great and are great priced and were first on my list until i found this; and Ampeg is just too darn expensive) and i can always get a better/louder head and another cab if i need to be louder. i've heard a lot of great things about the backline series of heads.

EDIT: oh my. i'm just making a world of mistakes here. it's the backline 250.... so now it should all make sense :) sorry about all that.
