I ran the amp yesterday for about 2 hours and didn't face any issues
I've run the BB on long gigs, pushing it pretty hard, and never felt the amp get hot.
Not sure why vinyl sticker would be different from the other.
I just got mine, so I wasn’t sure if Heat was even an issue.
I was just asking, good to know it doesn’t heat up.

Signage grade vinyl does not mind full sun. Sweat it not.
Another update with the vinyl sticker. I played again for about 2.5 hours yesterday and no issues. Before turning off the amp I touched the top and it was warm but not hot at all. I think we are ok, especially since there are no vents up there.
I kinda liked the raw tech geek look of the t-nuts showing...
Man you guys, I'm sure digging my BB still. It's so convenient that I always grab it over my other amps and it never disappoints. It takes pedals so well!
Does anybody ever wish the BB came in a 1U rack form? Sometimes I really do. Rack it with a 1U pre or whatever and that would be such a setup. I've been in total rack mode lately. Everything must be racked lol!!

The single rack unit would be interesting for sure. For the time being though I'm enjoying that the BB fits in my gig bag! My preamp (HxStomp) sits on my pedalboard.
I use a Mesa 115/112 stack so it's a single trip affair. If I'm playing both cabs I dolly them with gig bag and pedalboard over my shoulders. If Im playing the 115 solo I carry it while shouldering the rest. Pretty convenient.

So how do you connect your pedals to it?
I just recently got into using pedals, and bought an Electro-Harmonix Battalion Bass Preamp. I believe it has a direct out, and the BB800 has a line in.
What type of cable does this use?
Sorry old guy/new pedal guy.
