Isn't it obvious from this picture? If I remember correctly it was the chickens birthday, and he was quite lubricated.

I always wash my hands right before hitting the stage.
Fun thread.
I'm also a hand-washer just before playing, wether home practice, band rehearsal or gig. Also, won't play without a black sweatband around my right wrist.
I show up early. And help everybody else out with their gearHere's my quirk: I play 4-string basses tuned E-A-D-G. When tuning I tune in this order: A-D-G-E. I don't know why, but I've always tuned the E string last.
What is your quirk?

I noticed that too. I had a neon green set for a while.I always play with a Sweatband on my right wrist - it prevents friction between the bass and my forearm / wrist.... it is not just for good looks
I've got a couple of white Nike ones that I use, but I do have a green one somewhereI noticed that too. I had a neon green set for a while.
During my heyday (hayday? I don't know) I used to wear a neon green and a black one on each wrist. But in opposite order. Yep, still odd.I've got a couple of white Nike ones that I use, but I do have a green one somewhere
