Unfortunately, had I been given the same opportunities, I would have demonstrated the same darknesses that Mr. Baker did. I'm familiar with his personality.

Apparently he exhibited the tendencies before fame, so fame didn't create the issues.

I got to see him once. It was his 30th birthday in 1969 and he was performing with Blind Faith at the Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston, Texas. He was a Wildman.

Mr Baker's drumming style was a fair representation of his genre.

That's a 50s Gibson EB, the first electric bass guitar that Gibson released in 1953.
