R.I.P music

I agree it sucks but I'm a bit confused re:everyone being surprised by it. Maybe after ICP's 'Miracles' video I've been desensitized.

I hate to judge people, but as soon as I find out someone is an ICP fan, I immediately equate their intelligence with that of a handful of gravel, and try to distance myself as far as possible to avoid catching their stupid.

I thought it was just a terrible song for a good while, but by the time it got to the "Obligatory rap breakdown" and he starts talking about changing lanes in traffic, it was clear to me that this is either:

A. One of the worst pieces of pop music ever, or
B. A parodic stab at the music industry, carefully engineered by someone completely brilliant to be explosively viral.

Sometimes I like to think that some of the pop musicians today are actually subversive geniuses. They put on a facade as an "Artist", and pretend to think they are making good music, however really they are laughing their heads off at the rest of the world and rolling in money. Of course, i'm sure there are a good percentage of them who are just completely delusional and actually think they are any good, in which case its their agents who are rolling in the cash laughing.
