Yeah, playing below E standard was like invented last year or something. It's those darned teenagers. Actually Entombed was playing death metal tuned at least as low as B before I was born, and strictly speaking I'm not a teenager anymore (though I'm not that far off).

The solution is simple:

1). Buy quality cabinets. The Marshall Mode 4 cabs are supposed to be great for ultra drop tuning.

2). Don't, don't, don't, don't, DON'T...scoop the mids. BTW, did I say, "don't"? Well, don't.
