I'm looking at an Ashly you guys are talking about. What the difference between one with gated release and one without? The price is the same. I found some used near me for $100 each. What do you think?
The Gated one being a ASHLY CG-85. Would that be suitable for bass and work well? I like the style and features of the Ashly Compressors and they are inexpensive too. So maybe I'll take the plunge and go with one. (I have a stigma against Behringer...)
