Ramen Soup!!!

ramen.jpg

This is the best ramen that I've ever had. I make with a can of chicken broth mixed with about half a can of water. When it boils I add the noodles, the sauce packets, an egg, and some sliced dried seaweed. It's delicious to the max. Another good ramen is Shin Ramyun. I don't touch the Nissin or Maruchan brand stuff unless I'm starving.

I always liked instant ramen, but it was nothing to get too excited about... then I came to Japan and had the real thing (of course it originated in China, the Japanese improve everything) each locale has it's own "flavor" it seems. After have the "real thing" youcan never go back to eating instant :crying:

so when you are in Japan...

this recipe is a salad thingy my sweetheart turned me on to. i thought she was daft for the uncooked ramen in it, but it is really good...kind of a potluck supper kind of vibe.
