Hello esteemed fellows of TalkBass!

What bass would you most like to see re-issued? Perhaps a rare bass you owned years ago and would love to have again, or perhaps one that's still made but in a spec that's no longer available?

Pics most welcome!

Good question, but I'm hard put to think of a response since so many already have been reissued. I always thought I might like a well-made Burns Bison, but they're rare in US stores to try out before buying.

Fender Performer, bonus points for a Performer 5 string.

Oh man, I wonder what Leo would have thought?? I think it'd fit well into Fender's Pawn Shop series.

I'd like to see the Washburn Status basses make a comeback. Probably never gonna happen, but a guy can dream, right?

The Buzzard Bass. Be it Status, Modulus, Warwick, whatever. And preferably not costing as much as a used BMW.

I suppose wanting more of limited editions like the Rickenbacker 4001CS and 4004LK would be cheating.

Oh, I've got one! Now that RIC has a walnut supply again, I'd love to see the 4004C (the Cheyenne I, in oiled walnut) come back. I think it's one of the most beautiful instruments they've ever made.
