Looks to me (it may just be the photo) that the speaker cone is creased just under the dust cap = destroyed speaker = not worth the energy to scoop up the pieces.

From what I could see without a flashlight, the cone had some creasing. Not surprised judging by the drop it took.

I don't know I think about the little Charlie Brown Christmas tree and maybe a nice blanket and some lights could make this little amp shine and who knows once you made it big Fender could issue an Artist Series and make it exactly like this one.
