Note that the Phil Jones Double Four BG-75 with two 4" speakers runs at 70 watts and weighs 8.80 lbs. It's 11" wide, 8" deep, and 7" tall (that’s .356 square feet). The size-to-power ratio is impressive.

Nifty idea.If it were me I'd get a cab I could sit on as a stool ie. A cajon box with a speaker installed with an input for a mini amp.

Understood. We feel very safe in our RV. We can eat, sleep, shower, etc in there. It gets us out of the house and out of doors, in season. And we get to see places that we haven’t visited. My wife has a fearful personality, and besides we need to save up a bit of money. She doesn't want to do anything until we both get vaccinated.

Hope you can get that trailer soon and enjoy the Great Outdoors.
My wife and I are planning to buy a small Scamp 13 trailer sometime later this year or next year, once the pandemic dies down. I'm looking to get myself a Traveler bass for when we hit the road, and I will need to get a very small amp, one that weighs very little, since I want to keep the total weight of the trailer down as much as possible. I already have a small amp in an Ibanez Promethean, but I'd like something even smaller.
the roland micro bass cube RX isn't actually that light due to its internal battery. is is, however, quite small and at low volumes, it sounds good.
did someone here mention the hartke HD15? lots of bass from that 6" speaker, more than i would have thought possible. along with my traveler ultra light, it makes for quite a small package. not as small as with the micro bass cube RX, but quite small.
Joyo MA-10B. I have one for my workbench. Battery or adapter powered.
Perfect little amp for home practice
pdro74, 10.12.2020
I bought that for home practice, small acoustic rehearsals and to take it on vacations. It is perfect for all of that, very convenient. Much better sound than the blackstar alternative. I don't think it is possible to find anything that sounds like it, and at the same time it's so cheap and small. So this is perfect for room practice at low volume, and portability. For anything else, use a real amp.

Loud enough

I play bass and when it comes to jamming round the camp fire even a large acoustic bass is too quiet. This little baby does the trick. It's best for a singalong with nothing else amped. All the knobs do what they say. Tone sweep is actually quite impressive. So glad I bought this
