Double Bass Recognize This Pickup?

Hey folks, just trying to get back into bass playing after a long break. I currently have this pickup on my bass (pic attached). I would have bought this around 99 when I was doing G&S pit orchestra. Looks most like a realist to me, but I honestly do not remember, and there is no obvious manufacturer label on it.

Francois is correct, it's one of the first ones. They redsigned it later,changing the internal element so it wouldn't deface the table of your instrument. The 1/4" jack was also redesigned.
