I got my ZS7's yesterday. I haven't been able to use them on stage yet, but running through my interface, the sound was great. The open E string on down is maybe a little muddy? But it's not awful by any means.
I also went ahead and ordered some new memory foam tips. The silicon ones provided fit great, but they don't provide good noise isolation\blocking. I need something that can block out outside sounds a little better.

I just posted in another thread... I dont know what foam tips you ordered but the comply 500 tips are the best IMO. More expensive than others but you get what you pay for.
I picked up the New Bee's and the Complys. I'm going to give them both a shot. They should be arriving tomorrow.
I can let you know tomorrow if the 500's fit the the 7's. Got a pair coming in to test.
Got the Elite Core cable and passive body pack in. I'll report back on it after band rehersal next week. Got to get the in ears and our new pedal boards all dialed in with it.
So the 500's fit great on the ZS7's.
Also...Yeah the Comply's offer way better noise isolation than the tips that the KZ's give you. Here in a couple weeks I'll use them on stage and give an update, but yeah they work pretty well so far.
My IEM pack did not like the mic connection on the jack plug, the phones would only work when I made a short extension cord up with a regular TRS jack to plug into the pack. I later upgraded the chord and no longer needed the short extension.
Other packs my differ of course.

I just played with my TRN V80's and them are nice. Much better then the Shures. Went with them because they are smaller than KZ's and made of metal.
Practice at home though my amp head they sound like my cab and live was great.
Piano, guitar, keys and vocals were clear, bass and drums thunderous. During one song the drummer was hitting his bass drum harder than the rest of the time bringing the volume up in my ears but it was not just more loud there was that extra thumpin' texture to the hit, nicely reproduced, though it was louder then I liked at the time.
They blocked the noise good. With nothing playing in them you can hear the bandleader and others discussing changes and such (a bit) but once the music plays the drums are only heard through the feed not through the air. Even though I was right next to them, there was no cymbal bleed through.
Good and cheap... never thought I would say that.
Also the Comply 500 tips fit them if anyone is interested, but I prefer the tips that came with them.
At Church I need to push them in and go, (when Pastor says, "Lets pray." with little to no warning I have one minute to get on stage and plugged in), no time to wait for the foam to expand. The silicon tips they come with is grate for this, for longer gigs I will use the Comply.
Got blue, they are purrty.
Think I will use them more than my cab for practice at home.
