...Returns, always cost your SE money. Even if we charge 2 way shipping, your SE will cover card fees, etc. on a return (if it’s not the right thing we don’t want you to be stuck with it, but if you know you’re going to return it before you buy it, please just don’t)
They're just not held accountable for the overdraft fees caused by their unwillingness to do what they said they will do,
NOT place a charge against a stored card number for a waiting list purchase until
AFTER contacting the customer. When you've been emailing everything for a daggum long time, 6 or 7 years no less, don't bury the fact that the customer returned the @$$clown's email instructing him to NOT complete the order by stating' "you need to text me if you want to get a message to me." I don't text, I'm 63 with bad eyesight and arthritic fingers that hate those tiny @$$ keyboards. SW's response to it, "well we can see that you're upset" over something your assigned @$$clown did.
Now I'm sitting on about 3 dozen packs of never opened rusty EB Cobalt strings, the balance of my last string purchase from SW. I buy in bulk whenever I can to save money, but between Covid and an abscess forming on the tendon in my left wrist I just have not been able to play as much as I normally do these past couple of years. So how do I know that they are rusty? because the last dozen or so packs that I have opened have all had rust. Even have some AL/BR Acoustic strings that had crud on them. I’d be happy to post the photos or you can just check my social media, sent 2 rounds of photos to EB along with the rest of the info they requested when they responded to me initial email asking if their strings had a “use by” date, and have yet to hear a word back from them (I’m guessing they never expected to hear back from me.) If SW’s response to costing me $70 was nothing more than “we see that your upset…” I doubt seriously that they would even consider making good on the rusty strings they sold me.
So yeah, SW and its @$$clown staff can all kiss my @$$, the one who laughed at my pro Buddhist beliefs, the one who cost me $70 and sent me rusty strings, and especially the ones who recognized that “I was upset.” Sales people will only pretend to be your friend when you are buying something from them, other than that they want nothing to do with you and quite frankly, I want nothing more to do with them.
